Every track ends with a capstone project you can actually show in interviews. We don't teach theory for theory's sake — if it can't be demonstrated on a live server, it's probably not in the curriculum.
Remote Desktop Operations
This is where Supremo comes in. You'll learn to set up, configure, and manage remote support sessions end-to-end — from unattended access configuration to session recording and compliance logging. We chose Supremo because it's lightweight enough to deploy in under five minutes but has the depth for enterprise-scale operations. The lab exercises use real multi-site scenarios: a main office, two branch offices, and a handful of remote workers. You troubleshoot connection issues, configure access policies, and run supervised remote sessions just like you would on a Monday morning when three people can't print.

Security Hardening for Ops Teams
Not a checkbox compliance course. You'll harden live systems, run vulnerability scans on lab networks, and write incident response runbooks that aren't just wishful thinking. One of the exercises involves responding to a simulated breach at 2 AM — because that's when they happen.

What experience level do I need?
At least two years in IT operations. You should know your way around a command line. We're not a helpdesk-to-sysadmin bridge — our labs assume baseline server management skills. Career changers with some hands-on experience have done well, but talk to us first so we can be honest about fit.
How does the Supremo training work?
It's part of the Remote Desktop Operations track. You connect to lab machines through Supremo during exercises — setting up unattended access, managing address books, running supervised remote support sessions, configuring session recording. All browser-accessible. No local setup required on your end.
What does it cost?

Is everything remote?
